When you register, the service stores the information required to authenticate your account and provide access to your projects.
Your creative content
Your manuscripts, projects, notes, characters, locations, timelines and knowledge records are stored so that the service can provide its writing and planning features.
How information is used
Information is used to operate, secure and improve the service. Your creative content should not be published or shared with another user unless a sharing feature explicitly says that it will do so.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect accounts and stored content. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Information may be retained while your account remains active and for any additional period required for backups, security, legal obligations or service recovery. Account and project deletion options should explain what will be removed before deletion is confirmed.
Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect forms, preserve necessary session information and remember your cookie choice. They are required for the application to work correctly. Optional analytics cookies are not enabled unless you accept them. Review your cookie settings.
